Here at St. Luke’s, we are rich with ministries! Whether you’re looking to volunteer your time or resources, or you’re looking for support, we have a ministry for you. St. Luke’s 2025 Ministry Fair was a huge success, and we saved a copy of the booklet for you right HERE. In it, you’ll find all the ministries represented at the fair. There is a wide range of ministries; some are based at St. Luke’s, others are in our local community, while a few are out of state, national, and global.
We would like to share an inspirational tale of how the Lord is working through His people at St. Luke’s. This comes from Nathaniel’s Hope Charities, who help children with disabilities and their families.
Kari, from Nathaniel’s Hope writes, “I asked a young mom with a special needs son if she was familiar with Nathaniel’s Hope and the Buddy Break ministry. She wasn’t aware of the program, and I shared with her that Buddy Break is a free parents’ day out respite program where her son could go and play games and have fun doing other activities.
I explained that the program would give her a break for several hours for her to run errands or just rest. She started to cry (tears of joy!). I gave her more information and said I would help her find a Buddy Break location near her. I know God had her come by our table for a reason.
Praise the Lord for His generosity towards us and His work through us! If you have a story that you would like to share, please email communications@sllcs.org. Thank you to all of you who attended and participated! It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how we can serve both our community and St. Luke’s together. Be part of something great!
