St. Luke’s Congregation Observed Memorial Day
Thanks to all from our congregation and community that gathered to honor those of our church family who served in our country’s military and are laid to rest in the St. Luke’s cemetery. United States flags were placed at each of their graves. Those that participated included Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, sponsored by our church. View the photo album.
Also, St. Luke’s Cemetery is now registered with the Wreaths Across America foundation. During this observance in mid December, wreaths are placed on all veteran’s graves just as flags were placed for Memorial Day. For those interested in participating, please follow this link to our webpage.
