Since 1912, the family of Christ in Oviedo Florida has lived out the Gospel. His power has changed the community around us from a small farming community to a thriving metropolis.  As we look to the future, we pray that He will continue to use us to bring others to the knowledge of salvation in Jesus.  During 2026, we will work together to create a vision of our land and buildings that continue to give glory to God!

In 2026, our congregation will work through a Master Planning Process.  With 50+ acres, new homes in the community, traffic backups on SR 426, a need for improved security, an aging preschool building, a K-8 facility bursting at the seams, a new ministry team in place, and a congregation that continues to grow, we need to know what is possible and what our campus might look like in 20 years!  We have hired Land Design to work with us this year to lead us through a process of studying our needs and our campus, working with Seminole County and St. John’s Water Management District, to design a future campus look.

St. Luke’s did this same process in 2008.  While the finished project looked very different from the drawings, the planning enabled us to build around the concepts developed.
