Dr. Dallas Lusk

Position: Superintendent
Categories: Adminstration, School

Growing up in Hannibal, Missouri, I got to walk the very streets that inspired Mark Twain’s tales of boyhood adventure — and looking back, I think that sense of adventure never really left me. God has led me on quite a journey since then, first from Missouri to Texas for college, where I met my wife, Sarah. Together, we’ve spent the past 20+ years serving in Christian churches and schools, wearing more hats than we ever imagined: teacher, coach, athletic director, principal, and executive director.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through the launch of brand-new programs, seasons of enrollment growth, generous capital campaigns, and the construction of transformational education spaces. After 24 wonderful years of service in Texas, God called Sarah, our two teenagers, and me to Oviedo, Florida in 2026 to serve as Superintendent of St. Luke’s.

I’m thrilled to bring my passion for education, innovation, and leadership development to this incredible community — partnering with an outstanding staff, faculty, and families of faith to build on the strong legacy already in place here. My life verse is 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18: “Rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances. For this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
