Foster families have many increased responsibilities with each child and many times, feel socially isolated.  To help relieve the pressure of foster families in our community, St. Luke’s formed Care Crews Ministry in collaboration with Commission 127 (C127) in 2023.  We currently have four Care Crews that each support one local foster family by delivering one meal and check-in every week.  Each crew is comprised of 6 volunteers. With more volunteers we can serve more families!

To bring awareness to the current foster care needs, we’re recommending the riveting movie, Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot that premieres on July 4th!  Please use this link to purchase tickets: Pay it Forward for Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot. 15% of the tickets purchased through this link go to support the work of Commission 127 (C127).  Get your tickets and pay it forward today!
