DEEPER WALK: Deeper Curiosity We learn by asking questions. Nicodemus is an amazing story of a Pharisee who allows his curiosity to learn the truth of Jesus. His questions reveal a heart that longs to go from his religious traditions to the truth of salvation. From these curious questions, Nicodemus is on a faith journey that will later embolden him to participate in Jesus’ burial. We are encouraged to be curious with Jesus, to engage in his Word, discuss with others, and grow in our relationship with him and one another.

VBS 2026 RAINFOREST FALLS: EXPLORING THE NATURE OF GOD REGISTER NOW!

• Calling students K-5 grade! June 8-12 ($20 per child, including a shirt) At Rainforest Falls, kids explore the nature of God—discovering who God is and how much he loves them! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, and make creative crafts they’ll never forget. 
• Calling students 6-8 grade! June 15-19 ($40 per child, including a shirt) A VBS designed just for them with live music, fun games, small group talk times, tie-dye, service and so much more! An opportunity for connection with Jesus and friends!

ORLANDO PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA | Friday, March 6 | 7p | The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra presents a high-energy concert celebrating America’s 250th. Featuring Aaron Copland’s Fanfare for the Common Man and John Philip Sousa’s The Stars and Stripes Forever, this joyful program honors history and heroism. Free indoor event. Open to the public.

SUPPORT OUR VARSITY GIRLS ON THEIR ROAD TO NATIONALS | March 26-29 |  The St. Luke’s Girls Varsity Basketball Team is heading to Fort Wayne, Indiana, for the Lutheran Basketball National Tournament (LBAA)! Fundraising is underway, and all support is appreciated as they represent our school.

MASTER PLANNING | Sunday, March 8 | 12:15p | Founders’ Hall | In late 2023, our congregation completed surveys to help shape the future of our campus. Many ideas have already been implemented, and we are now exploring what comes next. Join us on Sunday to hear from the Master Planning Committee. VETERANS OF THE CROSS GATHERING | March 9–11 | St. Stephen Retreat Center, Titusville | All retired lay and rostered workers who have served in LCMS churches and schools are invited to attend. Rev. Dr. Gerald “Jerry” Kieschnick, President Emeritus of the LCMS, and his wife Terry, along with Rev. Dr. David “Dave” Benke, President Emeritus of the Atlantic District, and his wife Judy, will serve as keynote and Bible study leaders. The theme for the gathering is “Christ in Our Chaos.” Devotions will be led by Rev. Gregory Walton, Rev. Stan Allen, Sheryl DeWitt, Rev. Anthony Steinbronn, and Rev. Tom Zehnder. COMFORT DOG MINISTRY Have you met Moriah yet? Would you like to be part of her ministry? Moriah faithfully serves our church, school, and community through the largest community-based ministry in the Missouri Synod. We’re seeking 5–10 Ministry Partners to train on the SLLCS campus and assist her with visits, an essential role in this mission. Training includes two 30–45 minute on-campus meetings. SUPPORT FOR LOCAL FOSTER FAMILIES As the Care Crew Ministry approaches our 3rd anniversary, we are looking for two more volunteers (or families serving together) to join our 4th Crew and deliver one meal each month. A crew has 4-5 families rotating weeks so our foster family has a visit & meal each week. Email carecrews@sllcs.org.
